The Hybrid Engine Affiliate Track takes Hyrox programming off your plate entirely. Instead of spending hours each week building class plans, your gym receives a complete, progressive schedule designed by a multi-time Elite World Champion Hyrox coach: 5 days of 60 minute classes any coach on your floor can run with standard Hyrox Performance Center equipment, plus 1 big weekend class and 1 extended active recovery/cardio day to round out the week.
Affiliates get more than a program, you get an ongoing partnership. That includes a monthly Affiliate-only Town Hall, continual direct message access to coaches, a full demo movement video library, preferred training location status when T.H.E. coaches are in your area, priority consideration for local seminar hosting, and recognition as a T.H.E. Affiliate Gym. It's elite-level coaching for your members, without adding a single hour to your workload.
T.H.E. Pro Track is meant for a individual looking to be ready for their next Hybrid Race or Hybrid Fitness Event. This is our Pro athlete full day programming with optional warm-ups, monostructural engine building, strength, general physical preparedness, accessory, applied strength, and gross conditioning pieces. This program is for the serious age group or competitive athlete looking to gain an edge. T.H.E. Pro Track follows the same methodology used to develop 3x Hyrox World Champion, Lauren Weeks, and other Elite athletes.
This program is updated weekly, showing athletes 7 days in advance. This follows our T.H.E. yearly outline of macrocycles with an emphasis on the Hyrox and Deka seasons throughout the year. Expect to spend two to four hours each day, in one to two sessions. Optional active recovery days recommended twice per week. The goal is to get faster, stronger, and crush your next race.

This Daily Dose program is meant for an individual that wants to know what gym work to add to their run program. It is part of our full programming without the additional running or endurance pieces. This is great for an at-home gym or an open gym athlete, or someone who just wants an hour of movement that will help them improve their Hybrid fitness. This program is updated weekly, showing athletes 7 days in advance. The cycle follows the full-programming outline with an emphasis on the Hyrox and Deka seasons throughout the year but does not include the endurance , running work, and applied strength segments of the full Pro Track program. This program is expected to take about one-hour each day, with optional active recovery days recommended twice per week. It is perfect for someone who wants consistent work for their home gym or local open gym session. The Daily Dose includes a warm-up, strength, daily workout, and extra credit. If you have a home gym and want to lead yourself or friends through a workout, this is the track to follow!
