T.H.E. Pro track
T.H.E. Pro program is meant for a solo, small group, or club settings. It is our Pro athlete full day programming with optional warm-ups, monostructural engine building, strength, general physical preparedness, extra credit, applied strength, and gross conditioning pieces. This program is for the serious age group or competitive athlete looking to gain an edge. The program follows Lauren's full personal training program with small variations to accommodate for a broader range of athlete. This program is updated weekly, showing athletes or gyms 7 days in advance, following Lauren's track a week behind but will taper for events together. This follows our T.H.E. yearly outline of mesocycles with an emphasis on the Hyrox and Deka seasons throughout the year. Expect to spend two to four hours each day, in one to two sessions. Optional active recovery days recommended twice per week where you sit out the day and spend 45-60 minutes swimming, walking/rucking, biking, rowing, or skiing. The goal is to get faster, stronger, and crush your next race. A great price point of only $70/month (that is only $2.33/day)!
T.H.E. Daily Dose
This Daily Dose program is meant for a solo or class session. It is part of our full programming without the additional running or endurance pieces. This is great for a class setting, small group, or someone who just wants an hour of movement that will help them improve their Hybrid Fitness. This program is updated weekly, showing athletes or gyms 7 days in advance. The cycle follows the full-programming outline with an emphasis on the Hyrox and Deka seasons throughout the year but does not include the endurance , running work, and applied strength segments of the full program. This program is expected to take about one-hour each day, with optional active recovery days recommended twice per week. It is perfect for the gym that wants to program Hybrid workouts for a one-hour class session or someone who wants consistent work for their home or local gym. The Daily Dose includes a warm-up, strength, daily workout, and extra credit. If any gyms want to use this program as a day class or if you have a home gym and want to lead yourself or friends through a workout, this is the track to follow! A great price point of only $30/month (that is $1/day)!
T.H.E. GUIDED Track
*T.H.E. Guided Tracks are currently FULL - When more spots become available, this page will be updated*
T.H.E. Guided tracks follow along with the traditional Daily Dose or Pro Tracks, but with the added benefit of a hands-on coach! As part of the guided track you will be able to schedule a 30-minute consultation with either Lauren or Anthony on a recurring basis every other week after your initial 7-day trial period.
Programming Add-ons
These are fixed length programs meant to be done in addition to your normal CrossFit Classes, Strength Cycle, Functional Fitness Classes, Bootcamp, etc. The durations range from 6-week to 16-week programs and generally cost $15-$50 as a one-time purchase.
